Heritage Villa – Sigtuna - Sweden
The 350 sqm villa with a panoramic view overlooking the marina, has a prime location in the medieval lakeside town of Sigtuna, only 30 minutes from Stockholm. Sigtuna's town centre has small cobbled streets, low-rise colourful wooden houses, a town hall from the 18th century, medieval church ruins, rune stones and associations to Viking heritage, Saints and the children’s book author Elsa Beskow.
The House of Bennet has gently modernized the villa, allowing it to retain its original charm as well as to preserve the significant number of original features of cultural and historical value to the family and the town, which originates from Neoclassicism, Gustavian and Romanticism .
